On Tuesday I had a cyst removed from the top of my head. It hurt like shit and now is more or less a mild itch, but there are awesomely blue stitches to compensate for my lost day of pay and a lack of any medication to make sure I don't get it infected or stay in pain. As it's the first day of the new year, you get two sets of photos.

This one is of me. At the end of the year, I plan to wear the exact same outfit and take another round of pictures to show how much/little I've changed over the past year.

Knowing me as I do, I will probably look exactly the same, and that wouldn't be terrible.

That 20lbs I shed last summer, miraculously came back and added some. MY JOY IS SO LARGE YOU CANNOT EVEN IMAGINE.

And now half my dress clothes for student teaching no longer fit! MY JOY, YOU GUYS. MY JOY.

So now that everyone is caught up. ( This is what I plan to do about it )

I went ahead and purchased a new cable for my camera once I got home from school so all those photos I took over the school year can now be uploaded to the computer.
